Since my college days at Georgetown where I ran the Leadership Center and self-designed a major in Business Leadership (with a double major in Finance), I have long been interested in bringing leadership and change to systems and people that shape the world.
I started my career as a consultant at Accenture, working on complex global projects. Early on I discovered that the genius is always in the simplicity (and simple and easy are not the same thing!)
At 28 I started my own consulting firm. I later founded the Everyday Genius Institute, where I honed my ability to see and deconstruct the genius in others. I created books and videos to share strategies of genius from the world's best in a simple and compelling way so others can shortcut their learning curve.
In a desire to create greater change, I followed my excitement and went to 'shaman school.' I honed my intuitive abilities and learned powerful healing modalities that could help people heal the beliefs, traumas, and blocks that often get in the way of living their purpose. This also amplified my ability to "see" the genius in others.

Today I work with CEOs, Founders, and leaders to help them bring their next big idea to life (or help them connect more fully to their passion, genius, and gifts). I bring all of my business experience, entrepreneurial background, intuitive abilities, innovation, creativity, genius tracking, and excitement to help people create new things that align with their passion and create an impact in the world.

Everything I do is intuitively guided and designed to meet the needs of each person I work with. Nothing about what I do is cookie-cutter. My work is focused on helping people change their world and the world. What brings me joy is helping people and organizations step into their genius and share their gifts in a way that lights their souls on fire.
